I prayed and felt a burning in my bosom. Isn't that the Spirit?
Feelings are real and can be precious, but the Bible never makes a feeling the test of truth. The Holy Spirit never testifies against what he inspired in Scripture.
The Doctrine and Covenants describes the confirmation of a right answer as a burning in the bosom. People of every religion report deep feelings of peace and certainty about contradictory beliefs, so a feeling alone cannot settle which is true. Jesus said the Spirit would bear witness to him and guide into truth, and Scripture is the place where that witness is written down.
Keep praying. And read the Gospel of John from start to finish, asking God to show you who Jesus is.
8But, behold, I say unto you, that you must study it out in your mind; then you must ask me if it be right, and if it is right I will cause that your bosom shall burn within you; therefore, you shall feel that it is right.
