I'm a Latter-day Saint and I have doubts. What now?
You are not alone, and you do not have to give up on God or on Jesus. Read the Bible's Gospels, pray honestly, and talk with someone you trust.
Many people who leave the Church walk away from faith altogether. You don't have to. The Jesus who invited the weary to come to him is still inviting. Start with the Gospel of John. Bring him your questions. He does not need you to have it all worked out first.
Take your time with family relationships, and be kind to those you love. If you are struggling deeply, please reach out: call or text 988 in the US, or 116 123 in the UK.
28“Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. 30For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

9that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. 11For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.” 12For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. 13For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
